COVID-19 POLICY

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

• We take everyone’s temperature upon entry into the building and will not be able to see anyone with an elevated temperature.

• Masks are required for anyone inside the building.

• We will disinfect all exam rooms in between patients and restrooms and waiting rooms periodically throughout the day.

• We use a RYOBI Electrostatic Spray Sanitizer to disinfect the rooms and equipment used after each patient is seen.

• The restroom has soap for hand-washing.

• We are providing hand sanitizer in the reception room and throughout the office.

• We are staying up-to-date on CDC guidelines and implementing changes as they develop.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Where and when possible, please do not bring guests with you during your visit and, if you do please have them wait in the car during your visit.

Please notify us prior to coming in if you have a fever and one of the following:

• traveled outside of the US

• close contact with anyone who has traveled outside the US

• close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or is under investigation

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

• Wash hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds throughout the day and after sneezing, coughing, or blowing your nose.

• Use hand sanitizer with alcohol if soap and water are not available.

• Avoid touching the eyes, nose, and mouth.

• Clean and disinfect frequently used items and surfaces at home.

• Cover your cough or sneeze.

• If you are in public, the CDC recommends distancing yourself by 6 feet from those around you if possible.

• Limit travel.
